Start-Up Incubator
RI-CIE manages a 4,000 square foot Start-Up Incubator, designed to accommodate early-stage Knowledge Economy ventures that need affordable office and co-working space. Designed for technology entrepreneurs in the early stages of their companies, the Incubator provides an environment of innovation and collaboration with others.
Incubator office spaces vary in size and start at $200 per month. Amenities include:
- Lockable office space of approximately 150-300 square feet, 24/7, equipped with desk(s), chair(s) and modest storage
- Access to meeting and conference rooms
- AV equipment, copier and fax (depending upon availability)
- High speed wireless Internet access
- Conference phones
- Basic utilities and janitorial services
- Free admission to all RI-CIE Forums, Workshops and LunchLabs
Co-Working is another affordable option at $35 per month per person. Co-Working Memberships allow the use of a desk in the common areas. Amenities include:
- 24/7 access
- Access to meeting and conference rooms
- AV equipment, copier and fax (depending upon availability)
- High speed wireless Internet access
- Conference phones
- Free admission to all RI-CIE Forums, Workshops and LunchLabs
